Sladek HR Architects respects your privacy and the sensitive nature of the information shared during consultations, engagements, and ongoing partnerships.

We collect only the information necessary to communicate with you, evaluate your needs, and deliver agreed-upon services. This may include contact information, organizational details, and documents voluntarily provided by you.

All client information is treated as confidential and is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with applicable laws.

Information submitted through contact forms, scheduling tools, or email communications is used solely for business purposes related to your inquiry or engagement.

We take reasonable steps to safeguard information using industry-standard practices and secure platforms.

Pricing & Engagement Terms

Scope of Services
Each package includes the services and hours outlined above. Work outside the defined scope may require an adjusted package, a written addendum, or project-based pricing. This ensures expectations remain clear and the quality of work remains high.
Monthly Hour Allocation
Packages include a set number of hours per month. Hours are tracked and shared transparently so clients always understand how time is being utilized.

Overage Hours
If monthly support exceeds the hours included in your package:
  • Additional hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate
  • Overage work will only be performed with client approval
  • In some cases, we may recommend moving to a higher-tier package for efficiency and cost savings
 
Unused Hours
To ensure focused, high-impact engagement:
  • Unused hours do not carry over month to month
  • This structure encourages intentional prioritization and consistent progress
(Exceptions may be made at our discretion for short-term project alignment.)
 
Rollover Policy
Hours are designed to support ongoing partnership and momentum. As such:
  • Monthly hours do not roll over
  • Retainers are not intended for “banking” hours for future use
 
For project-based needs or anticipated surges, we recommend discussing temporary adjustments or add-on packages.
 
Minimum Engagement
Most retainers require a minimum engagement period (typically 3 months). This allows time to assess, design, and implement meaningful improvements rather than applying short-term fixes.
Scheduling & Availability
 
Time is scheduled collaboratively to align with organizational priorities. Availability is not guaranteed outside of agreed-upon hours or scope.

Confidentiality & Ethics
All client engagements are handled with strict confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to ethical HR practices.
